This month is way calmer, aspect-wise, than last month. We do have several planets moving through challenging squares, so we will need to take action, confront issues, or work through challenging situations.

We have a Super Full Moon in Gemini on the 4th. This Super Gemini Full Moon will square the Nodes of Fate! This signifies a "skipped step," so some of us will easily leap over challenges or problems. This is an evolutionary leap, where we get to skip past a lesson, likely because we've already done the inner work! This Full Moon is intense and powerful! It's a mixed bag, but if we use our mental powers, we can easily overcome anything that gets thrown our way. Mercury, the ruler of the Super Full Moon, is still in its Rx Shadow, so we are still working on clearing up the Mercury Rx storyline. Mercury inconjuncts Chiron just after the Full Moon, indicating that something uncomfortable comes up and we will need to make necessary adjustments. Focus on healing work! Have difficult conversations.

On the 8th, we have a tense Mars Out of Bounds square Saturn. Mars-Saturn squares can feel like driving with the brakes on. This is a tense aspect, but having Mars Out of Bounds changes the rules! Usually, Saturn would dominate this energy, controlling and constraining Mars, but with Mars beyond Saturn's reach, Saturn has the upper hand! There is a karmic backlash for Mars if he misbehaves, but he still accomplishes his mission! This aspect can signify broken bones, accidents, difficulties, frustration, lash-out rage, and challenges. We will need to take action on something, but it's a difficult time.

Neptune Stations Direct in Pisces on the 10th. This is Neptune's final Station Direct in Pisces for the next 165 years! Neptune has been sitting at 29* of Pisces since late October, when he re-entered Pisces after a few months' stay in Aries. Neptune is in its final wrap-up in Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac. This is a significant karmic closeout! Neptune has been working its way through Pisces since 2011; that cycle is coming to a close! Neptune is Stationing Direct, conjunct the Fixed Star Scheat, a misfortune star. This is the star of boating, swimming, lifeguards, the Coast Guard, the Navy, drowning, floods, misfortune, suffering, love of language, erratic behavior, grief, jealousy, isolation, foot ailments, neuroses, a tendency to create their own problems, and artistry. Oftentimes, when Neptune Stations Direct, it signifies a collective sad event, a collective time of mourning. Focus on healing and wrapping up spiritual karma that we've been working through since 2011!

Mercury has its 3rd and final opposition to Uranus on the same day. This aspect signifies shocks, surprises, and unexpected events. Secrets are coming to light! This aspect can also be accident-prone, so please be careful!

We enter the 4th Quarter Moon on the 11th. Mercury trines Neptune for the 3rd and final time, then re-enters Sagittarius! Mercury is in its Detriment in Sagittarius, so Mercury is weakened here and still in its Shadow for a bit longer. Mercury in Sagittarius is loud, bold, and loves to socialize and party!

On the 14th, Mars squares Neptune. Saturn and Neptune are growing closer together, preparing to meet in February next year! Mars is activating both planets in a challenging way. This aspect signifies addictions, illusion, delusion, lies, and energy vampires! Protect your energy, and try to avoid being swindled! This is the final Mars in Sagittarius square to Neptune in Pisces in our lifetimes! This aspect can also signify the Spiritual Warrior. Move through life with intention, purpose, and spiritual alignment. We could see attacks on religious leaders, establishments, or disturbing information coming to light around these institutions. This is also known as a martyr aspect.

On the 15th, Mars enters Capricorn! Mars LOVES being in Capricorn; he's exalted here. Mars is ready to dig in, work hard, and get serious. This is a great time to launch projects and business ideas, over the next 6 weeks!

On the 16th, Mercury clears its Rx Shadow! YAY! Finally, we are ready to move on with a new story! Mercury is finished with its deep reflective time and is prepared to think about the future. The Sun squares Saturn today, giving things a somber tone! This aspect can signify challenges, strain, heaviness, depression, sad events, and difficulties. We will need to take action and address issues as they arise. Be gentle with yourself and others. 

 

We celebrate the Sagittarius New Moon on the 19th! This New Moon is at 28*25' of Sagittarius, conjunct the Galactic Center, which is the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, also considered the navel of our galaxy! This is a pivotal, powerful New Moon! Plant seeds, set New Moon intentions!!! This is a sacred rebirth point, our future awaits!

The Sun squares Neptune on the 20th. This is also the last Sun in Sagittarius square to Neptune in Pisces for our lifetimes! This is a final closeout on an energetic level! This aspect can make us feel emotional, lost, hopeless, or addictions can take hold. On the flip side, this aspect invites us toward Divine connection. Spend time in nature, focus on health and healing work. Stay well hydrated. Protect your energy. Both planets are at 29*, so this energy is INTENSE!

The Wheel of the Year turns again, as we welcome in the Winter Season. This is the longest night and shortest day of the year! Today, the Sun is the furthest South that the Sun can go. The Sun will sit here for 3 days, then slowly begin moving back toward the North. This marks the peak of Yin energy(darkness). In that deepest darkness, Yang sparks. This is the beautiful, eternal dance of Yin and Yang. This is a sacred time when our ancestors turned inward and brought evergreen trees into their homes and decorated them to remind us of the promise of Spring. String holiday lights, light candles, enjoy your fireplace, or enjoy bonfires. Invite the warmth of the fire energy into your home. This also marks the beginning of Capricorn Season! Capricorn has been free of Pluto for a year now! Capricorn has been through a lot and has had a nice, long break to regroup! The Sun here will restore and bring Capricorns and the Capricorn part of our charts back to life!

Venus squares Saturn today; this aspect is challenging, especially for women. It can signify the end of relationships, challenges in partnerships/love, feeling alone, or having love/goodness withheld from us. Financial problems are also a hallmark of this energy. 

We also have a Jupiter square Chiron today. This is the 2nd of 3 squares between these planets from Cancer to Aries. The 1st one was on 10/23, and the final one is on 7/1! The 3rd square will be from Jupiter in Leo to Chiron in Taurus! So this is the last Cancer-Aries square! 

Jupiter in Cancer square Chiron in Aries triggers tensions and situations around the self versus home and family. We could feel extra sensitive, frustrated, or experience drama around these life areas. This aspect can signify domestic violence, attacks on women/children, or the need to take action to protect our homes/families.

Venus wraps up in Sagittarius today, making one final aspect to Neptune, a square. Venus-Neptune squares say that "all that glitters isn't gold." This aspect can feel magical and mystical, enjoy the sweetness of this time, but know the difference between fantasy and reality! This is also Venus's final square to Neptune in Pisces for our lifetimes!  

Venus then enters Capricorn! Venus in Capricorn is sophisticated, classic, classy, reserved, and career/work focused. Venus is now deeply dedicated to traditions. Enjoy some old-fashioned Christmas celebrations with family, friends, and loved ones! May the magic of this time touch our hearts!

Mercury makes an inconjunction(blindsiding) aspect to Uranus this morning, signifying disruptions or changes to plans. This can also be accident-prone energy. The Moon goes void in Taurus, then enters Gemini this morning. The Gemini Moon is fun-loving, social, and gregarious! We do have several inconjunctions between the Moon and other planets late tonight, which signify blindsiding events and disruptions to celebrations. 

We are building up to Mercury square Neptune on the 1st in the morning, so NYE fun can get the best of us tonight, and we will pay a heavy price in the morning! Mercury-Neptune squares are shitshow energies! Pace yourself! We don't want to start the year in an unfortunate position!

I'm not sure if last week felt like a relief for everyone. I know many people are really going through some challenging times! Astrologically, it was a reprieve, compared to this week! We have a heavy week ahead, my friends, so we will need to hunker down! 

​

The week is off to a challenging start with the incoming Mars-Saturn square on Monday night. We will feel this energy building all day on Monday! Usually, this square signifies strain, struggles, challenges, frustrations, and being stopped in our tracks. Saturn usually wins this battle, but currently, Mars is Out of Bounds, which means that Mars does not need to follow the usual rules, making it radical, unpredictable, and rebellious. This aspect can signify accidents, broken bones, or violent attacks. It can also signify breakthroughs, liberation from restrictions, and cutting cords. Mars is the youthful warrior, Saturn is the old general. They are having a battle, and because of Mars's Out of Bounds position, it's a time when the young warrior has the upper hand! This is rare and unusual! There will be karmic ramifications, but Mars doesn't seem to care right now! Make the best of this aspect!

On Wednesday morning, Neptune Stations Direct! Neptune is wrapping up a 165-year cycle in Pisces. This is Neptune's final Station Direct in Pisces for our lifetimes! Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac, so this is a HUGE close-out time. We have been working through Neptune in Pisces since 2011, and we are also closing out this 14-year cycle! Neptune has been sitting at 29* Pisces on and off since the end of last year and early this year. We had a brief preview of next year's energies when Neptune entered Aries during the Spring and Summer of this year. Aries is the beginning of the zodiac! So we can expect a whole new world taking shape as Neptune re-enters Aries at the end of January! First, we need to get through the Neptune Station and its final wrap-up in Pisces! When Neptune Stations Direct, we become more emotional and sensitive. Often, a sad event triggers a sense of collective mourning. The Holidays can be an emotional time for people, so we need to practice extra self-care and impeccable spiritual hygiene! Neptune is swirling the last bits of crud in the Pisces part of our charts, at the bottom of the drain, and it will suck down all the dregs. We can expect to hear about people passing away, relationships ending, or major life changes. This is a time when addictions can take hold, and some will be taken down the drain with them. Please be extra careful over the next few weeks. This is NOT the time for drug experimentation or exploration. Seek support if you or a loved one is struggling with addictions. This time can also signify heavy depression, feeling lost, and some people may choose to give in and opt out of this world. The best way to navigate this intense energy is through Divine connection, time in nature, prayer, meditation, music, creativity, or having a good cry.

On Wednesday afternoon, Mercury opposes Uranus. This aspect signifies shocks, surprises, disruptions, radical and unexpected events, and information coming to light! This is the 3rd and final opposition between these planets through Mercury's Rx cycle! The first opposition was from Mercury in Sagittarius to Uranus in Gemini on 10/29, the 2nd was from Mercury Rx in Scorpio to Uranus in Taurus on 11/19, and now we have the 3rd and final opposition. This is Mercury's last opposition to Uranus in Taurus! The next time Mercury comes around to oppose Uranus, Uranus will be back in Gemini! We get the final dump of news and information that had been trickling out since the end of October! Pay attention to what you hear and what comes to light! It's a BIG news day! This aspect can be accident-prone, so please be careful!

We enter the 4th Quarter phase of the Moon on Thursday. The Moon is Waning, decreasing in light. This is a great time for inner work and reflection. It's also ideal for protection work!

Mercury trines Neptune Stationary Direct on Thursday morning. This is Mercury's 3rd and final trine to Neptune in Pisces for Mercury's Rx cycle. This is also Mercury's last trine to Neptune in Pisces for our lifetimes! This is a goodbye, a closeout aspect. It's a week of powerful endings. This aspect can also signify Divine connections, miracles, and angels coming to our aid. 

Mercury re-enters Sagittarius on Thursday evening! Mercury is working hard to clear its Rx Shadow, which it will do by the 16th! The mood lightens significantly now that Mercury is back in celebratory Sagittarius! We begin to feel the Holiday spirit again, hopefully! Mercury wrapping up its Rx Shadow in Scorpio has been a major downer, but in Sagittarius, Mercury is social, gregarious, fun-loving, and enthusiastic! Mercury is in its Detriment in Sagittarius, but we won't let this stop the party! We may need to keep ourselves in check with how we are communicating with others. Mercury in Sagittarius can be bold, straightforward, and unintentionally or intentionally rude! Pick your battles!

Early Saturday morning, Mars is inconjunct Uranus; this aspect can signify accidents from moving too fast, mishaps, or inconveniences. Slow down, take one step at a time, and make sure that you have everything you need before leaving home! 

Late in the morning on Saturday, Mercury sextiles Pluto, this is also the 3rd and final sextile between these planets! This aspect is uplifting, futuristic, and encouraging us to move ahead to a new and exciting future.

On Sunday morning, we have Mars square Neptune Stationary Direct. This is also Mars's final square to Neptune in Pisces for our lifetimes! This aspect can signify the Spiritual Warrior. Ask for Divine protection and intervention to protect and keep you safe. This aspect invites us to surf the waves, literally or metaphorically! This aspect can feel extremely intense! It can signify losses, depression, suicide, feeling lost, or being isolated. Please practice good self-care. This aspect can signify addictions flaring up, spiritual psychosis, and extreme delusions. It is also an aspect that signifies psychic/energetic attacks. Please protect your energy! Be careful on or near the water; this aspect also signifies being "lost at sea," or, unfortunately, drownings. Stay on the positive side of this aspect. Both Mars and Neptune are at the final degree of their signs! This heightens this already INTENSE aspect! We have already gone through some major energy this week! It's been a doozy! We started the week with the frustrating Mars-Saturn square, which has seemed to go on forever and has left me with deeply frustrating setbacks! The Mars-Saturn square holds until Sunday morning, when Mars squares Neptune. Right now, Mars is being squeezed by both Saturn and Neptune! Neptune Stationing Direct, the 3rd and final Mercury-Uranus opposition, and Mercury re-entering Sagittarius! This Mercury in Sagittarius is covering ground we previously covered from 10/29-11/18! Thank Goodness, Mercury finally clears its Rx Shadow on the 16th! This has been an annoying Mercury Rx cycle!

We have a 2-toned day ahead. We begin the day with the Moon in Virgo. This has been a challenging Virgo Moon transit! The Moon goes void of course late this morning, remaining void for just over an hour, then enters Libra this afternoon! This Libra Moon is a reprieve! 

The Moon is waning now, decreasing in light. This is an important time to double up on self-care. Stay well hydrated, drink herbal teas, eat plenty of raw veggies and fruit, and stretch! Waning Moon times are ideal for turning inward, spending more time in reflection, and getting extra rest. 

We are building up to a tense Mars-Uranus inconjunction early Saturday morning. This aspect signifies unexpected events, disruptions, accidents, and things not going as planned. The Moon is feeling critical and is picking every detail apart; Mars in Sagittarius wants to cut through all the red tape and forge ahead. This energy is clashing, and it's deeply frustrating. We need to act, but the hyper-focus on the details is preventing progress. The Moon in Virgo is now answering to Mercury in Sagittarius(Mercury rules Virgo), so this helps Mars's plight! The Virgo Moon has tied itself into knots!

The Moon goes void of course with the opposition to Neptune. This is a sweet surrender after all of the tense energy we've been working through since Wednesday morning.

Mars in Sagittarius inconjuncts Uranus Rx in Taurus at 5:44 am 12/13; ouch! This is an uncomfortable aspect. Mars has been moving through some challenging territory this week. This aspect can be accident-prone, so please be careful! This aspect signifies health challenges, injuries, inflammation, discomfort, sleeplessness, nightmares, or psychic attacks. This aspect can also shake loose any resistance that we have felt.
