Prenatal massage is a wonderful treat for mothers-to-be! I use a pregnancy pillow so that you can lay face down to get more work on the back and hips, which are usually sore during this time. Side-laying massage is also available if preferred. I use Epsom Salt herbal soaked hot towels for added relaxation and to release tense muscles.
